April Goals - from 4/1 - 4/4

Okay! I'm doing pretty well so far. I'm only 800 steps shy of being on track with my steps. Yesterday, I did Wednesday and Thursday's workouts, so I'm just missing Monday's workout. I'll make that up another time this month. I am really looking forward to tonight's workout, too!!
Food has been spot on. Now, I need to get my ketosis meter out tonight to just double check that I'm still on track with keeping myself in ketosis!
