I injured my foot a couple weeks ago but seem to have fully recovered. emoticon

Day 4

Warm-up: 5 minutes @ 3 mph
Work-out: 1.5 minutes @ 5 mph x 4; 1 minute @ 5 mph x 1; 2 minutes @ 3 mph x 6
Total time: 20 minutes

Day 5

Warm-up: 5 minutes @ 3 mph
Work-out: 1.5 minutes @ 5 mph x 4; 1 minute @ 5 mph x 1; 2 minutes @ 3 mph x 6

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm loving running. I look forward to the three days I get to do the workouts.
