Well ... after being discouraged at the unwillingness of a couple fitness centers to really work with me ... and the high cost of others ... I've decided not to join any at the present time. For now walking, gardening and a few video's from SP will have to be my fitness plan. I probably wouldn't be a faithful member of any club throughout the spring and summer ... I'll be too busy outside enjoying the fresh air to stick to a regular routine.
I'm comfortable with my decision ... with a little more time for research I'm sure I will make a better choice in the fall.
So now I need to get completely over my flu, and hope the weather improves so I can get outside and enjoy my garden. I've had so much time to make plans it will be a miracle if I get everything done this year ... I think I have enough ideas mapped out to last me a few more summers!
Try to remember ... just because original plans change doesn't mean the journey has to end ... just continue on the new road and see what fun is in store for you.
