Exercise can be a DREADFUL TASK if you are trying to force yourself to do something that you DON'T LIKE! Zumba is one of the latest trends in fitness BUT if you've tried it and you just don't like it, try something else! We have soooo many options available to us today. There are all kinds of Dance Videos for every fitness level, Walking Videos, all kinds of choices are out there. The important thing is moving your body and getting your heart rate up a bit several days a week. Being CONSISTENT is the key. Walking is one of the cheapest forms of exercise around. So take some time out to try different things until you find something that you can stick with. If you are a beginner just start with 10 or 15 minutes a day 3 or 4 days a week and add on 5 or 10 minutes more each week. Before you know it you'll be up to exercising 30 or 40 minutes per session! Find something you like, start small and be CONSISTENT!
