List 3 Accomplishments

Assignment for today is to list 3 accomplishments.
1. I'm just about to walk 5.5 miles.
2. I started using 5# free weights.
3. I started taking a daily multi-vitamin again.
The last time I blogged I wrote I was 2.6# from goal. Now I'm 5.1# from goal. It may seem like a bad thing but it may be a good thing.
1. I think I'm building more muscles.
2. I've been eating about 1500 calories lately and feel much less hungry all the time. I've been getting lots of fitness minutes and that increases my appetite.
3. I'm seeing what it's like to be in maintenance mode.
