Morning y'all! Happy Friday!
I am going on day 5 of being on track. I took a peak at the scale yesterday morning and I am down 5 pounds but my official weigh in day is Monday! It really pumped me up to keep going! I am determined to have an on track weekend! The plans for this weekend are as follows:
*grill out tonight. Steaks, asparagus, onions & mushrooms oh and Pineapple!!!
*go for a bike ride tonight with the girls
*whip up a healthy breakfast (I just got some farm fresh eggs from my Aunt so I will be making something with them!)
*go for a woggle (walk/jog)
*dress shopping with my cousin for her wedding! Wedding is in August and I am a bridesmaid! Even more incentive to get this weight off!
*finish ALL the laundry, which means I have to organize the girls closet!
*grill out again since it will be warm outside
*whip up another healthy breakfast
*do a workout dvd (Jillians 30 Day Shred)
*Isabella has a soccer game at 2
*go for a walk with the girls
*crock pot meal for Sunday (I will post my recipe over the weekend that I decide to use!)
In the mix over the weekend I have a Biology quiz and need to study for my mid term! I think all in all this is a good plan for a successful weekend! My main problem on the weekends is wanting to get pizza for dinner on Fridays and eating out on Saturday! NOT this weekend!!!
