Monday blog challenge on a Friday bawahahaha

Friday, April 05, 2013

Okay first off to Lilypad this was not a fair blog to write about after a weekend of bad food and alcohol. In one word FAIL.

Am I on track or off the wagon?

Well I was on track until this past weekend when I had my wedding shower and stagette. I can tell you this much I have avoided the scale this week because I feel like a balloon emoticon . I have had one of the worse cases of bloat ever this week between flying and over eating along with alcohol uggh. My stomach and intestines absolutely hate me. I also feel so bloody tired I could scream.

I am off Sunday and Monday and plan to refocus and get my home life organized so can be back on track. No I am not off the wagon but I was sliding off this past weekend.

Salads it is next week for lunch and less sodium overall.

My Dearest Ladybug,,,,, You are pretty amazing because you have a great attitude! Remember that "failure" is just part of the learning process,, you have been so committed lately and I am still proud of you because you are making plans to continue on your journey!!! I am with you and will be having a salad for lunch too! emoticon

I've been there. It's tough to get started again once you feel you've gotten off track, but once you do just remember you will feel so much better again. emoticon emoticon

Last week is a memory and next week is a dream. Today is a gift, that's why we call it "The Present". Do what's right today and tomorrow's yesterday will be a pleasant memory.

    Make Today a Great Day!
