Thursday - Fit Camp (Turbo Fire)

I got this workout in. It was a great workout at the Nutrition Club that I work out of for my Herbalife business. We do cardio circuits on Thursday. It is a great workout. My sister asked me if I was crazy for doing that the night before having a 5K, but a workout is a workout.
I haven't finished tracking my food from yesterday, but I think that I am in my calorie range.
I got my water in for the day.
Day 2 of 4 for the week for workouts!

    Are you running or walking your 5K? I am signed up to walk one next week and I am feeling pretty apprehensive about the whole thing! Any tips?
