My sister had a baby boy in December of 2012. Little D is 4 months old now. :)
This week we found out that I am pregnant. By my estimations "baby c" will be born around the same time as Little D. First doctor visit is in another week.
So goals for pregnancy:
-START exercising! Walking & pregnancy exercises...
-NOT gain any weight 1st trimester
-Gain no more than 0.5 pound each week 2nd trimester
-Gain no more than 1 pound each week 3rd trimester
*These are guidelines I've set for myself based on my readings. Since I am still overweight (BMI around 27) I can get away with only gaining 15-20 pounds during pregnancy. Now that I KNOW I am pregnant I have shifted back into super healthy eating mode and have stopped inhaling food like there is no tomorrow (like when I did not know I was pregnant and had an increased appetite)!
So lets see if I can make this work!
