So after being whiney yesterday...and then receiving so many kinds words and motivation from you amazing people here on SP; I'm refocused and much more positive. I've also decided to take an over the weekend healthy food challenge where I have a healthy detox juice for breakfast, a healthy vegetarian lunch; and then give myself a little room for dinner BUT still keeping in mind heathy choices.

My progress with the 5K training is really coming along, and I'm ready to go for a challenge run tomorrow to see just where I am before I do my first race of the year on Cinco de Mayo. My goal is for a time of 35 minutes or under; but I might be able to surpass this and make it under 30 minutes. I just want to give myself room for error and other extraneous variables.
