Yesterday I only went to the gym once and did a half mile on the treadmill for 15mins. Decided not to go down a second time because my shins & butt were still sore and didnt want to overdue it.
I did manage to stay within calorie range, even though yesterday was not the best eating day. I caved and got a pack of peanut m&m's at lunch and then after working last night (was hungry) I had a small slice of leftover pizzahut.
We are ordering out today at work. Usually I dont participate and just bring in my own lunch. But decided to order out this time. Ordered a grilled chicken salad and light italian dressing. YUM.
I woke up this morning, thinking I didnt want to weigh in because I feared it would read the same as it has been. I almost did NOT weigh in. But decided to anyway and Im actually down 3.6 lbs!! Of course I had to redo it multiple times to make sure I wasnt seeing things and it kept reading 172.8. Did a little happy dance.
I wont be going to the gym during both my breaks today (as tempting as it is). BUT I will be going later on this evening. So I can try the 45 min Hike Treadmill workout again. And then I will probably do weights/cables for my legs. And my workout buddy can come along. Saturday I work early hours (at part time job). So my workout buddy and I can get to the gym as well. Plan to do Upper Body and Abs workout, and possibly treadmill if Im not to sore.
