Yesterday was day two with no soda. I really didn't miss it! But last night I started to get a headache which was nearing a migraine. Also, I ended up eating about a quarter pound of semi-sweet morsel chocolates. They were in the fridge tempting me and I didn't want to throw them away. And I needed to get rid of them...so I ate them.
Strange thinking but now I don't have that temptation...
Today, I plan on maintaining my small changes of having no soda, drinking all my water, and recording my food/exercise. By the way, no exercising yet...until my heel is healed!
