I thought I would do this much more often--but time goes so quickly! I have spent the last two weeks with a new trainer. I have known her for awhile and we have talked many times, but she has helped me get serious about getting healthy and taking care of myself. just having someone to share my food tracker with and to discuss the kinds of exercise I am doing has been a great motivator. She has taught me how to group exercises so I am working opposing groups and how to create a mixed workout of cardio and strength training that is the most efficient. We talked about the fact that I am on track with calories--but my protein levels are low. A few extra calories are not a bad thing to keep the protein in check.
