Only a quick one today; slept well, no dreams that I remember, and woke sluggish but happy enough. Not as energized as usual. I did find that I spend half an hour laying in bed last night winding down with my phone, so maybe I do need to have a more defined bedtime routine? Will try tonight (in theory; Manfriend will be here again).
My goals for today are; do another 50 "things" in the kitchen, do 5 budget related things, spend 60 minutes on Project A and another 60 on Project B, do at least 30 minutes of cardio and at least 10 of wii fit balance games, plus of course the body test, and finally, to go and do some shopping later today. I may enlist manfriend to help with this!
