Mark and Diane had just brought their new baby girl home from the hospital. It wasn’t long before the baby needed a diaper change, and Diane suggested that Mark take care of it.
“I’m busy,” he said. “I promise I’ll do the next one.”
The next time came around soon, and Diane again asked Mark to change the baby’s diaper. Mark looked at Diane and said, innocently, “I didn’t mean the next diaper—I meant the next baby.”

Which element is the best conductor of both electricity and heat?

Tommy Cooper was a British comedian well known for performances that would often go intentionally awry. During an April 1984 appearance on the variety show Live from Her Majesty’s, he collapsed onstage as millions of British viewers watched at home. Everyone in the theater that night thought it was a gag (he’d done that bit before). The live audience continued laughing, completely oblivious to what was going on—Cooper, 63, was having a massive heart attack as he keeled over backward behind the red stage curtain. On the other side, his manager struggled to pull him backstage while the show’s director frantically cut to a commercial. Cooper was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
Longest TV character name ever: Dr. Mahesh Vijayaraghavensatanaryanamurth
y (Crossing Jordan).
