I looked up at my to do list this morning.
I procrastinate way to much and this to do list has just been haunting me, but as I looked at it, I saw one of the items:
Get below 200
I couldn't help but smile.
I actually did it, and I'm so happy.
But I want to remind myself, and all of you, that it's not just about the weight. It's about being healthy. It's about blood test results, % body fat, and the strength of your muscles that keep you together to prevent injury.
