Where to find balance?

Friday, April 05, 2013

emoticon So day 3 of this flare and I'm still managing to stick with the Rise'n'Shine Challenge! My exercise is more just stretching... emoticon not pushing any extra weight or reps, just gently moving everything. Walking is harder - but when necessary I use both canes. My joints seem quite unstable and I'm not sure what to do about that yet. Working with arnica, painatrate, replenex, and hot & cold compresses and such to get some relief.

Really feel like 'throwing in the towel' on this challenge - but don't want to! emoticon
Looking for balance... emoticon

Stretching is very good. Do you have access to a warm water pool? That is where I started. A good work out and the water supports your weight and helps you balance. My muscles had to re-learn how to do some movements. emoticon

Just do your best. You may need to cut it back a little without stopping.
