I'm feeling better after being sick earlier this week. And after putting the floor down, I had to sleep late yesterday AND go to bed early yesterday. One must do what one must do.
Today Robert and I hiked over 5 miles on some large hills. It felt good to get back out there and enjoy our walks. Now I plan to add biking and strength training back in with my walking.
I've been on shaky eating ground but have turned the corner back to healthy eating. I did it today and can do it again tomorrow. I want to feel good and eating healthy allows me to feel good.
