Today was a strength rest day. However, I still walked on the treadmill to get my last chance workout in before my weigh-in for the Biggest Loser Spring Melt Off. It paid off - I lost .25 pound. Not much, but great in my eyes because I lost the Easter gain.
The quote that really struck home today from Made to Crave....
"It is easier to make excuses than changes....Getting healthy isn't just about losing weight. It's not limited to adjusting our diet and hoping for good physical results. It's about recalibrating our souls so that we want to change--spiritually, physically, and mentally." Oh, so true. Change is hard. But one step at a time. This book is helping me be honest with myself and my struggle with food.
I have been working on my granddaughter's quilt. Today, I pulled fabrics and think I have decided how I want to do it. I want to try to have it done by April 14th for the baby shower.
Tonight I am watching my grandson for an overnight. He is so cute:)

2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will... stay determined to eat healthy
