Days 4-5: Kill ALL the things!
"Day 4 dawns ... your head is surprisingly clear. Your limbs all feel functional. This could be a good day! You walk into the kitchen and as you’re greeted by the smiling face of your significant other you are suddenly overcome…with the desire to punch them in the face for smiling this early in the morning. Congratulations! You’ve made it to day 4."
Thankfully this did not happen for me... honestly it could be because hubby and I are on opposite shifts :)
Food for the day:
frittata, side of cabbage roll casserole and quac
grass fed organic burger + zucchini strings and side of cabbage roll casserole
two eggs on a bed of zucchini strings with organic pastured bacon (awesome!) tastes just like I remember from my childhood.
two litres of water through the day and only 2 cups of tea! I can't seem to tolerate coffee anymore and I thought I was a totally died in the wool coffee drinker!
