I've been sticking with my exercise program pretty well. My only problem is going over on my calorie range. This past week I've ate around 1500-1700 calories and today I had almost 2000. Prom is coming up so fast. Only 15 more days.
I haven't weighed myself since Sunday, but I feel like I've gained some weight. My previous weigh in was at around 149 lbs. I need to get more motivation to cut back on my calories.
