Day 459- Diet trouble

I've been sticking with my exercise program pretty well. My only problem is going over on my calorie range. This past week I've ate around 1500-1700 calories and today I had almost 2000. Prom is coming up so fast. Only 15 more days.

I haven't weighed myself since Sunday, but I feel like I've gained some weight. My previous weigh in was at around 149 lbs. I need to get more motivation to cut back on my calories.

    I'm not sure how you are eating, but try smaller meals throughout the day. It's been helping me so far.
