3 WEEKS SMOKE FREE!
I am trying to compensate smoking for fitness. (I don't want 'stop smoking weight')... It's going pretty awesome.
I lost a lot of weight before with spark and got too comfortable hence why I'm going hard again after putting a majority of it back on. I used to RUN, I used to love it!
I stopped....Why? I have no freaking idea.
So here I am again. Running.
The times in between running and walking lessen. I spend more time running now than I do walking..
SO....not smoking and running...feeling pretty fantaz!
AND...My 3rd Grand child is due in less than 3 weeks...WOOOP!!
