Blog 56: Strange Day

I haven't felt like my normal perky self all day. I feel run down. I am not upset about anything, I slept great, and have been eating very well. I am pretty sore today and I'm wondering if that is contributing to this feeling.

Anywho...I've got yoga tonight. Hopefully that helps.

    We all have our off days. It was probably just your body mending muscles and changes in weather. But the good news, muscle mending ups your calorie burn just a smidge. That and it could be a chemical balance thing. Our hormones tend to make the decision sometimes on how we feel. :/ So lame. lol

Anyways, I hope you're feeling peppier now and are enjoying your yoga workouts. :)
