So I've been really hitting the gym...and watching what I eat, but I've seen very little progress thus far. I don't have a scale...but I really feel as if it's not moving. I am contemplating doing some detox stuff (juicing and baths) ; but I think maybe I just need to give it a little time. I DID spend most of the winter being quite sedentary.
Still - It's hard. I'm sick of pictures on social networking that highlight my double chin.
