April Tri Challenge

Got this idea from Healthy Tipping Point.
In the month of April I will "tri" to:
run 26.2 miles
row 2.4 miles
bike 112 miles

The row will be the easiest...since it will take the least amount of time. Running will probably be the hardest because I am a fair weather runner:)
Anybody wanna join me??
Got a little over a mile done rowing today:)
So happy tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!! Bring on the weekend and spending the day in the sunshine:)
130.30 miles for the year!

Way to go!!!
I am back at running and I follow a training plan... should cover that distance...
My cross training is usually biking and yoga... 112 miles might be a lot for me... I will try!

    I LOVE THIS!!!! I will join biggest problem is my rower only tells me strokes doesn't give me a distance :( The running is no problem since I am training for a half marathon..the swim..well I have been saying I am going to swim again and haven't so..but I am in !!!!!

Ooops, no swimming in there dummy me...cycling I can do :)
