Got this idea from Healthy Tipping Point.
In the month of April I will "tri" to:
run 26.2 miles
row 2.4 miles
bike 112 miles
The row will be the easiest...since it will take the least amount of time. Running will probably be the hardest because I am a fair weather runner:)
Anybody wanna join me??
Got a little over a mile done rowing today:)
So happy tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!! Bring on the weekend and spending the day in the sunshine:)
