Blah, failed my goals for this week already :(

Woke up on Tuesday with a cold, and it's just gotten worse over the past couple of days. I have asthma too, so the combination isn't great.. emoticon

I haven't been on my cross trainer since Monday, I did manage to at least go outside and walk my dog on Tuesday and Wednesday, but couldn't manage it today, just had to go back to bed.. I have managed to stick to my eating goal of 2 portions of fruit/veg a day though. Had a big bowl of vegetable soup today in bed.

Good job ive got the wife running round looking after me emoticon

Well, let's see how I feel tomorrow.

    Aw, sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. That will damper anyone's goals! Soon enough you'll be back on your feet and stronger than ever, then you'll be eating those goals for breakfast, lol! Feel better soon :D

    Yep, the bast laid plans can be so easily derailed when you wake up feeling miserable! Get lots of rest and fluids and hopefully you'll be back it next week!

    I know how you feel,, I was hit with a sudden illness that kept me homebound over a month. I finally made the decision I was not going to let it become me. I just did the little things that I was able to do. and little by little I begin to feel better. I still have relapses with my illness, but I still do whatever little healthy things I can do. a little of some thing is better than a lot of nothing. you can do it just takes time and patience. keep the faith.

    When you're sick your only goal needs to be getting healthy! (I know, it's a bummer - but if you take care of yourself you'll really be able to hit those goals when you're 100% again).

    Don't be too hard on yourself. Life happens. I hate when I get sick and can't work out.
