In order to keep myself on track to losing 65 lbs by September, I have joined the Summer Melt Down Challenge for one of my SP groups to lose 10 lbs by June 10th. I really hope to have lost more than that but 5lbs/month is a healthy way to do it. I weighed myself earlier this week and it was not a pretty sight.
I am tracking my food and walking a little bit, hopefully more once I go to the doctor next Monday.
