Back pain is improving slowly through exercise of all things. Some of the knitters challenge exercises have been good, the ones suggested by Christine aka Doveseyes have been excellent, and I have been walking more starting out slow. I've also been praying about my sons marriage and helping my daughter in law. I'm leaving the door open for my son to reconnect with me but I know I can't change him. The only thing I can change is myself and the way I react to my stressors. I'm enjoying exercising outside again in the glorious Spring weather! Last night I finished a pink throw or blanket that I've been working on forever and now I can start my stashbuster project for my knitting team. I feel like my change in attitude is giving me new energy to tackle my problems instead of using them as a excuse to binge!
