The First Day of Summer (Summer Solstice) 2013
My new Spark Friend TRIANGLE-WOMAN suggested that it's possible I might be just exchanging one obsession (scale watching) for another (measuring tape watching). Even if I don't measure every week, I would still risk disappointment at the monthly measure in, so I've decided to take her sage advice and focus on other goals instead.
Goal #1) Do Not step on a scale, drive over a truck scale or even lean too heavily on the produce scale at the market until the Summer Solstice.
Goal #2) Do Not put a tape measure around my waist, thighs, bat wings.. er biceps, ahem, the "girls", the badonkadonk and most especially no tapes, cords, ropes or ligaments of any kind around my neck until the Summer Solstice.
Goal #3) Track, track, track, track, track, track, and did I mention track?
Goal #4) Quit sitting on my tuckus and move it around, for at least 30 mins a day or until I get bored whichever comes last.
Goal #5) Drink so much water I have to check for sinkholes in my yard on a daily basis.
There, that should do it and keep that crazy woman off my back, you know she's a Sparkaholic right?
