Gym Motivation

I have not been motivated to go to the gym lately. I leave work and I feel like I'm too tired, too bored, too whatever, and I skip. Tonight I am FORCING myself to go back. I loved the gym, so I'm not entirely sure why I'm having such a block about it.

    Sometimes I do that too but I remind myself of the rewards of getting there and how much better I feel afterwards and that burst or energy you get. The hardest part is getting there and walking in that door. You can do it!!

    I find that I have to force myself to exercise quite often. I always enjoy it when I'm doing it, though. I don't know why I can't remember that feeling when I'm trying to get myself to start.

    You can do it! I used to hate the gym all my life but I got motivated after seeing the progress so keep going!
