Good Day- so far

Well I have not been able to do much working out this week but I am staying most.ly on track with my eating so that is a start. My biggest loser challenge at work seems to really be taking off- I think I am up to somewhere between 12-15 contestants. Maybe even more people will step up and change their life styles. I am excited about helping others I just need to be sure that I am taking care of myself as well :) I have not weighed myself this week so I don't know if that is a good or bad thing- unfortunately like I said I was not able to work out as much as I had hoped. But next week will be different.
