Progress with Issues

Kick boxing kicked my butt last night but I made it through the whole workout.

I am a little frustrated with the scale though. I am now holding firm at 258. I better be building muscle to burn more fat because I am toning up but I am not dropping the pounds.

Either way as long as my clothes keep getting looser I don't care.

Just wanted to vent. Thanks for being my sounding board.

    How your clothes fit is a great benchmark when other benchmarks (i.e. the scale) likely aren't telling you the whole picture. Good luck!

    I went through a phase where I was shrinking in inches but the scale wasn't budging. Just hang in there and keep doing what you're doing. Sometimes our bodies fight back, but they can't fight back forever and eventually, your weight will go down... down... down... :)
