Kick boxing kicked my butt last night but I made it through the whole workout.
I am a little frustrated with the scale though. I am now holding firm at 258. I better be building muscle to burn more fat because I am toning up but I am not dropping the pounds.
Either way as long as my clothes keep getting looser I don't care.
Just wanted to vent. Thanks for being my sounding board.
