I'm being militant again. I've done this before and burnt myself out. And right now my weight is where I always backslide.
I've been spot on my food except for one planned splurge meal a week for almost a month. Plus 17 straight days of working out hour or more a day.
So I'm making myself take a rest day. This, plus the fact that I'm going out to dinner with my GBF tonight, means that I will work to convince myself *not* to get on the scale tomorrow.
In fact, I plan on going to the Naked Spa (see previous post if you don't know what this is) tomorrow instead.
Saturday is The Hell with Cancer 5k and Sunday is a 10 mile day. So taking a day off isn't a bad thing.
Actually I said that more for myself than for all y'all.
