I need these blogs to keep me accountable!!! I set my goals for April on the first, but only reached my daily goals on the 2nd!
Goals for the month of April:
1) 300,000 steps
2) daily strength workouts on a four-day rotation. (I have them already scheduled and written on my calendar.)
3) 10,000 kettlebell swings (These are included in my strength training rotation.)
4) Nutritional Ketosis, and shooting for 1800 calories per day.
I can do this!!
