Good morning my spark friends! I came to a realization this morning. I have noticed that I have alot more energy now that I have been working out! I have lots over 5% of my body weight and I can tell. I have more energy, I am more motivated to get up and move, and I am more productive.
I'm sure some of it has to do with eating better too. I am only drinking 2-3 cups of coffee a day, vs the whole pot that I would consume before ! YOU may think 2-3 is still a lot, but it's much less than I was having before. We are also consuming A LOT more fresh foods since using the Vitamix. My fridge is now stocked with fruits and veggies.
I will admit though, I had a plate of nachos last night at midnight....I know, shame on me! UGH! I just love them so much.
Well, anyway, I guess what I am trying to say is that for those of you just starting out, eating right and working out TRULY does make you feel better, not only helping to shed the extra pounds, but just over all physical and mental well being!
