Well saw the lawyer yesterday. That went well. Not much to tell other then it is going to be a long process. Was advised on what to do and what not to do. Ok I can do that or don't do that...LOL.
As for me, started physical therapy on Monday. That is the best thing I can do. My therapist knows just the right areas to get at and when it's over I can actually move, bend and not be so sore. At night though, I do take my muscle relaxer and pain med so I can sleep.
The good news is I can walk, I mean as in get my 10,000 steps in for the day. I can't power walk like I did, must move a little slower but I move. I refuse to let this beat me. Yes, my lower back hurts and yes my neck and shoulders hurt but not my spunk on being healthy and dropping the pounds.
I called it quits temporaily until I talked to all I needed to talk to, lawyer, doctors, etc and now I am back to tracking and blogging.
My next appointment with the orthopedic doc is on April 25th and I hope he clears me for all my workouts again. There was I time sitting around doing nothing was fun..now that I was doing 3 to 4 workouts a day and then just had it stopped abruptly, my body is spazzing. My upper body is sore buy my lower body wants to get up and go. Last night I kept shaking my legs until my husband told me to stop cause it was shaking the bed and he was trying to sleep. I didn't even realize I was doing it. When I stopped I did realize that my legs were screaming.."LETS GET MOVING!"
So wish me luck, say a prayer that this whole ordeal continues to go smoothly as it is so far..Thank God Almighty.
