BLC Week 3

Thursday, April 04, 2013

My third week was harder which I expected. I had neither a loss or a gain which I'm okay with as I've lost 8 pounds since starting the challenge 3 weeks ago and still leaves me 5 pounds ahead of my 1 pound a week goal.

We decided at the last minute to take a trip to visit my parents and sis, there wasn't any Easter candy as neither my Mom or sis eat sugar but there were potato chips and some adult drinks may have been consumed emoticon I couldn't track one day as the internet is pretty sketchy there in the boonies

Walk I did, everyday even did some horseback riding

I strength trained once with no ill effects to my lower back injury so that is back on the table

Commit to the challenges, not so much, I knew when I saw the week 3 challenge it was going to be just that a challenge for me and I managed to complete it 2 of 7 times emoticon
Not my best week but not a total write off either! Bring on week 4 emoticon

The results of my third week:
I have 5 goals

1. Lose a pound a week
2. Track
3.Walk everyday emoticon
4. Strength Train 2-3 times per week...did 1
5. Commit to the challenges

Great job revisiting and reviewing your goals each week. What an awesome way to keep on track.

Keep up the awesome work!

You are doing the best you and that is all we can do! Probably a little hard on yourself like we all are! You are doing Fabulous Diamond Girl!

You have such a good head on your shoulders. Great perspective about the scale -- doing what you can, given the situation, (lucky you for horseback riding!) and planning for a new week of good things! My BLC is in its last week, so I may just have to live vicariously through yours while I walk through our break period.

Happy Day to You!!!
