I started doing SP videos each day as a means to do "something" however small each day. Most days it was easy to do a short video - other days I really had to force myself to spend 10 minutes - only 10 minutes to do the video. I just checked and I've been doing it now for 52 straight days. Now I've often added my own cardio on top but this was just an added bonus.

Traveling this weekend will make it a challenge as we'll be in a car most of the weekend. I'm hoping I can continue my streak .
Tonight - swimming and aqua aerobics planned. I have always had difficulty doing a full squat on land. This past week I've started doing my squats in water and what a difference. Not only do I have the 12 times resistance from the water but I also seem to be able to do it much easier. As I was waking up this morning I really felt last nights squats which made me smile. I'm always trying to do things a little differently and given I have to do most of my exercise in the water there are so many variations then just swimming laps (which can get boring after a while).
