What are some of the aspects of SparkPeople that you like? I enjoy:
** Playing trivia (even though my all-time average is not that good) emoticon
** Gaining SparkPoints emoticon
** Tracking cardio, emoticon and,
** Most of all, making SparkFriends! emoticon
Overall, I really appreciate that it lets me focus on health and wellness.

What don't you like about SparkPeople? My list includes:
** For some reason, I HATE tracking water intake!
** Tracking strength is annoying, too...
** There's so much information on this site, I hate knowing that I'm missing something good. I saw their guide about picking fruits and veggies, and knew I'd probably never come across it again...

    You are so fun! :)

I love the community - that it's a safe place to hash out this whole issue of health/weight loss among others who get it and are going through the same thing. And I love that it's so positive, even when people have differing opinions. Oh, and meeting new friends is fun too! :)

    Cute blog! I love the social part of SP the best. I don't have a facebook, twitter, or whatever else is out there. But I like blogging!

I hate/love the food tracker... My enemy and best friend.
