Blog Posts and Me

Thursday, April 04, 2013

I have been in sort of a lack of motivation slump since some rather snarky remarks on the last blog I wrote. I think partly because of the snarkiness and then the time change did not help. I finally woke up this morning feeling a bit more alive. So I'm hoping that helps my motivation.

I also decided that if that blog post comment bothered me so much I was going to say something to the commenter, even if it meant I have to deal with more of them. I think they need to know, particularly since they seem to have positive posts to blogs in general.

When leaving blog posts we should all try and not say things which can be discouraging to others. We really don't know how much or little motivation anyone else may have. But many people are here because they struggle without the support provided by this site.

I have to agree with JennJo322. There is always someone out there who may want to say something nasty, no matter the reason. If they do, then it shows a gap in THEIR personality, and should by no means be a reflection on YOU! They are airing their own dirty laundry and it is THEIR problem!

Take it with a grain of salt and don't let it bother you! If you let it eat away at you, you are giving that person POWER over you, and they don't deserve that!

Keep on being your own sweet self! We (your true friends) are here for you!

There's always one in every bunch..just don't let the turkeys's get you down. Put it in your mind that you choose to make that comment irrelevant and keep on keeping on!
