Its almost Friday! Woohoo
I am sooooo feeling yesterdays workout on the treadmill and my shins are sore. Even my butt is sore today.
Yesterday We ordered pizza hut pizza. DH and I ordered a large with just peppers and mushrooms. Was really good. I ended up eating 2.5 slices. I was starving by then. Added into my nutrition tracker and even had 2 mini hersheys dark chocolate later on and a slice of cheddar cheese. Still managed to stay within calorie range.
I was looking at my body last night in the mirror and I noticed that my side/back rolls are really thinning out. So I am seeing my body change, just not weight changing yet (will weigh in tomorrow). And I noticed that my face is thinning out as well, and DH mentioned this too.
I also have noticed that I dont feel the need to veg out after dinner. I might have a pc of mini chocolate or something simple like that. I just dont feel the need to nosh like I used to. This is a major improvement.
I havent decided if I am going to go down to the gym and do the treadmill (15 mins) today. I know I can use today as a rest day. Maybe I can focus on Abs today for 15 mins. Then go down later on for a light walk on the treadmill.
I know tomorrow I will try the 45 min Hike Treadmill Workout again and probably will do weights/cable machines for legs. And Saturday will be upper body for weights/cable machines. Yes sounds like a plan.
