Yesterday, I took away my soda. I just kept myself very busy and didn't really miss it. Now today, I want to start increasing my water intake.
Exercising will come eventually...my plantar fasciitis (heel pain) is a little bothersome and needs to heal. Last thing I want to do is aggravate it and then end up being benched. i may pick up swimming at the health club soon, after most of my school obligations of papers, presentations, etc are completed.
I am hoping that by two weeks, I will be drinking the 8 glasses of water each day and maintaining the drinking habit.
