Rise and Shine Day 4 Report

Weather is stormy. But thanks to the Rise and Shine SP Challenge, I was up early, walked a mile and didn't need my umbrella, and had my healthy breakfast of Eggs 'N' Oats, and Blueberries, flaxseed, and yogurt. Hopefully I can get into the pool between oncologist appointment and the next storm blowing through. My best prediction is between 11:45 and 1:15, but it all falls apart before and after that.

I think Jane Fonda and I will cement our DVD relationship.

    You are doing much better than I am. I am still working on just getting up earlier in the morning. I may not be getting my exercise done in the morning - although I am walking at lunch - but I have managed to be out of bed close to 6 which was my goal time. Breakfast I have always done so that is not problem. Even so I find that I do have more time to fix a proper lunch for work which was probably more important at this point than the exercise first thing in the morning.
