Detours to weight loss

We all get stuck sometimes , we all plateau now and then . Do we give up or in? NO
We stay the course , we move forward. We never give up or in. We just change our direction or course of action , we take a detours.
Here are some things that worked for me. They may not for you .But it never hurts to try.
Doing the same thing I always do just in a different combination.
Changing up my weights .
Doing more , working out at a different intensity.
Sleeping more , yes not getting enough sleep is detrimental to weight loss.
Making sure I get the proper nutrition , and drinking more water.
Try something new and different all together .
Eat more do this carefully and only after tracking food for awhile . If you don't get enough calories then you won't loose.
Do this one only if you are sure you can and will go back to exercise , Take some time off.
All of the above could reset your weight burning clock and get you back on the right road to loosing weight.
So always remember whatever is going on in your life if you are stuck stagnant or in a rut, mentally , physically or emotionally take a detour. See some new sights get a new perspective you will be glad you did.
