Last nights sleep was ok; I had some restless dreams and felt wholly unfulfilled by sleep. I woke up achey and without much energy, but not feeling bad.
I had pretty good food all day until Mr Man showed up with a huge bag of crisps. I'm the sort of person who eats well and happily when I'm in charge of what comes into the house, but when someone brings junk food in or I'm with a friend and they're eating junk, it's pretty hard for me to resist, so I had the huge bag of crisps. They weren't TOO bad, about 400 calories I think, but I've had a good day so hopefully it shouldn't be too bad.
Breakfast was fruit salad with sunflower seeds and 2 slices of wholewheat toast with 2 scrambled eggs, but I spread it out over the day again; it was lunch time before I finished it all, and I had my lunch (a chicken paste sandwich; horrible stuff but it needs eating) at 3pm. Dinner was my healthy chilli con carne, which could have done with more veggies (I stretch it and stretch it and have just added more beans and tomatoes, but no more meat or veg. The meat I can do without, but the veg not so much!
The only exercise I really got today was a few minutes rodeo riding (ahem) which was fun and got my heart rate up, but that's all. But that's ok; I had no real goals for today.
