Today is the second day of my exercise and actual food regimen that I can say is healthy. Andrew and I actually finished off an entire thing of mixed greens for the first time in years. Usually we throw it away because it goes bad before we can eat it. The only meat protein I can eat at the moment is taco meat. It actually tastes good to me. Ah well, whatever works. There is no sour cream on it or anything fatty. Well it is 2 a.m. and I am stil awake, insomnia at its best.
