I'm wondering what it would take to learn how to hula was easy as a kid...anyone have any tips?
I was thinking earlier if I was going to the gym what would I be doing..hiking legupscrunches. Sidebends ..what's stopping me from starting slow and creating momentum. ??????
I have a kindle that changes my words..just to let people know..sometimes it comes up with the darndest stuff! Wonder if this ten minutes has to be at a time.

    learn how to hula hoop?

    well, first, you need a hula hoop.
    then just try it out, maybe it will come naturally.

    if not, try this (first without the hoop):

    stand with feet about shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent.
    imagine you are standing in the center of a clock, 12 in front of you, 6 behind,
    3 to your right, 9 to your left.
    'tic' your hips to 3 & 9,
    then 12 and 6.
    next, go round the clock, also counter-clockwise.
    then make your circles smaller and faster.

    now try it with the hoop.
