I'm wondering what it would take to learn how to hula hoop...it was easy as a kid...anyone have any tips?
I was thinking earlier if I was going to the gym what would I be doing..hiking legupscrunches. Sidebends ..what's stopping me from starting slow and creating momentum. ??????
I have a kindle that changes my words..just to let people know..sometimes it comes up with the darndest stuff! Wonder if this ten minutes has to be at a time.
