Week 2 - 0.4 down
Day 15 - no change
Day 16 - 0.6 down
Day 17 - 0.2 down

Confess this isn't down to The Plan but because I had a terrible eating day - was on the move all day and fuelled on beetroot soup and chocolate. So I guess that's beetroot and chocolate thoroughly tested! Managed chia and some fruit, at least, and relieved to see a dip...
Only three days to go of the experiment!
