To help keep myself on track with many things, I'm going to set three goals to complete each day. These goals will not include the basic things like tracking my calories, drinking enough water, or working out* (I complete these on most days so I don't really need to extra motivation). Goals will include things like finishing assignments before they are due, doing the dishes, and going to the grocery store (those happen to have been today's goals)...things that I'll normally find excuses not to do. For now on, I'm going to use my blog to list my goals each morning and reflect on if I completed them each night.
Disclaimer: I will occasionally need to encourage myself to do specific workouts, especially running. So don't call me out when I make "run three miles" my goal tomorrow.
