Ok that done I'd like just like to say my thighs are not impressed and I'm not sure I will be able to get out of bed tomorrow *sigh* Being the first time he was testing us to see how we were with balance and how far he could push us which means he took it easy, next week is going to be worse. When they went over the process and took measurements, etc I kept hearing how my right side is typically dominiate because I'm right handed... umm yeah... I'm actually left handed but my mother always took things away when I picked them up with my left hand to force me to use my right so really doesn't seem to be a dominate side, more of dominate areas. My left leg is stronger but my right arm is too.. whatever. I know my knee and the front of both thighs are sore and I'm hoping that tomorrow won't be be too miserable.

I'm hopeful tomorrow will go well, and if not so it goes and it will be better next time. I haven't really pushed my muscles in a very long time but as I found out with our first few hikes, the first left me in horrible pain for several days but the next time while I was sore I was still able to move and i maintained a descent range of motion. Tomorrow is our night off so I need to remember to bring walking shoes for my lunch break to get some movement in.

thank you! I hadn't planned to when we joined the gym but they were waiving a lot of the fees and were able to bundle my husband and I into the same session to make it more cost effective so we decided it was worth it for a few months.

I've thought of getting a personal trainer several times but I think I am a little chicken. Kudos for you in doing this! Work through this pain and eventually it gets easier and more painless. Maybe someday I will get a trainer...
